Refund policy

At Sav Ayurveda, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every product is carefully manufactured and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery by writing to us at contactus@savayurveda.com with your order details and a photo of the product.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for overseas orders.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
